In 1998 a Small Group gathered in Edi & Lynn Burki's home with a real desire to see a church planted in the Sheringham and Cromer area; to be part of a community of people affecting our society and engaged in world mission.

Having grown from the original few, we are now established in Sheringham and have congregations in Cromer and Holt and developing new areas of ministry, outreach and Church planting.

Vision

We are comitted to, with our friends in Newfrontiers Churches across East Anglia:

Discipling Norfolk for the Nations

Seeing unchurched people become devoted followers of Jesus

Planting Churches and Small Groups in towns and villages

Equipping, training, releasing and sending people to the ends of the earth

Working with God's Church

Norfolk For The Nations

In Acts 1:8 we are told that Jesus promised His disciples that they would recieve power from the Holy Spirit to be witnesses not only in Jerusalem, but also in all Judea and Samaria and to the ends of the earth. The call to be Jesus' witnesses is local, regional, national and international. In his revelation John saw a great multitude from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne of God. (Revelation 7:9)

We take these promises seriously, and along with other Newfrontiers Churches we are comitted to planting and serving Churches abroad, and supporting their work with the poor and needy.
