We believe that the biblical pattern of Church leadership is an eldership team. We have 3 elders who form that team, with one of them as lead elder to help facilitate the team.

Richard Allen

Richard has led the eldership team since New Wine Church was first planted. He and his wife Jane first moved up to Norfolk in 1998, to serve the Church in Aylsham and then moved to Sheringham to plant New Wine.

Simon Gallagher

Simon is part of the eldership team with a specific responsibility for the Sheringham congregation. He is married to Ann and they have two young daughters.

Steve James

Steve is also part of the eldership team at New Wine and has lived and worked in Norfolk for the past 35 years. He and his wife Dot have 3 grown up children
